Do you know the pain of shoulder and wrist? I have a confession to make…
When I was 7, my mother took me to doctor for check-up… She told us we should get some exercises done to help relieve the pain if it happened at home. The doctor said it’s not as bad as in hospital and there are no exercises that will help with it. So I did nothing until I got into school. In class, after doing all the exercises to strengthen muscles, I started feeling terrible pain. It hurt a lot so I went to my parents’ doctor. My father asked how I felt with his son when he was going through a similar process. He said that I need to find some ways to get rid of the pain. I thought about it and came up with this exercise. My dad came up to me and said “I know what I can do. My son wants to do something too….” We called our gym and we had a session. After 30 minutes, my Dad said to me “son, these two muscles are your biceps and triceps. If you want to improve both of them, find out more exercises for yourself.” That day was one of those days. I started working on getting better results from each muscle. By the time I got back to college I already learned most parts of the biceps and triceps. I found many useful articles online and I could finally figure out how to perform every exercise successfully without hurting myself. There are several websites where I spent hours and hours on learning everything I possibly could because I found an amazing website by just looking at their homepage.
Don’t be ashamed of what I’ve done. Let’s keep working hard on improving ourselves. We’re humans, we’re not robots. Just put on your workout clothes, go and try this exercise for yourself. Believe in yourself. You can do anything you put your mind to, you just have to believe in yourself first. You don’t need anyone to tell you what you should do! Have fun and never let down your body.
